More large employers are turning to social media tools to round out their training processes, according to a new report from Bersin by Deloitte. The report states that companies with at least 10,000 employees spent an average of $46,000 on social media tools in 2012, three times the average two years ago. The increase added to the overall upward trend in employee training, which grew 12 percent last year from 2011 among large companies, the study reports.
