The UBA snapshot of the health plan limits shows few changes. Limits increasing include maximum HDHP out-of-pocket, maximum family HSA contribution, maximum out-of-pocket for non-grandfathered plans.

The Transitional Reinsurance Fee limit will decrease in 2016.
