Stephanie is a hard-working native of Colorado with diverse experience in the insurance industry, ready to help you with whatever employee benefit needs you may have. She earned her Undergraduate Degree from Colorado State University located in Fort Collins, CO. She is a First Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and a pet lover.
With over 14 years of insurance industry experience including individual, small group, and large group benefits, Stephanie has an Ohio Insurance License for Resident Major Lines (Accident & Health, Life and Variable).
In her spare time, Stephanie volunteers on a technology team at her local church and plays on indoor and outdoor volleyball league teams.

Arroz Con Leche
“This is a great recipe I got from my adopted family in Spain!”
Ingredients:
- Cinnamon stick
- Orange peel
- Lemon peel
- 1 cup of rice
- Milk
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Powdered cinnamon
Directions
In a saucepan, boil half of a cup of water, then add a cinnamon stick, orange peel and lemon peel. After about 5 minutes add 1 cup of rice.
After about 10 minutes of the rice boiling, turn the heat down and start adding milk. Take care to stir continuously so that the milk doesn’t burn. Keep adding milk until the rice is fully cooked and very soft.
Remove from heat and add 2 Tablespoons of sugar, if desired. Serve in individual bowls and top with a light sprinkling of powdered cinnamon on top.
