“My favorite recipe is simple, but perfect for a night with the family!”
- 6 cups of water
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 3/4 cups of yellow cornmeal
- 3 tablespoons of butter
What to do:
- Bring 6 cups of water to a boil in a heavy large saucepan. Add 2 teaspoons of salt. Gradually whisk in 1 3/4 cups of yellow cornmeal. Reduce the heat to low and cook until the mixture thickens and the cornmeal is tender, stirring often, about 15 minutes. Turn off the heat then add 3 tablespoons of butter and stir until melted.
The best way to enjoy this meal is family style on a big wooden board covered in Bolognese sauce.
Paul’s Fifth Avenue
“My favorite place for breakfast or lunch is Paul’s Fifth Avenue. Everything I’ve had there is great but my favorite for breakfast is The Miller and a cup of coffee!”
