The next edition of the WisdomWorkplace Webinar series is June 27. The webinar will feature Tom Foran, VP in the Benefits Division and the Life and Disability group for Symetra.

Tom will discuss market trends in absence and disability management and how carriers/vendors support the claimant during a difficult time in their life. He will also touch on their unique advocacy-based approach to these claims and helping individuals deal with their own serious illness or the health conditions of a loved one. This is a relevant topic as employers are currently dealing with changes to their own absence programs, federal and state legislation including FML and ADA, and possibly outsourcing their programs to support all or some of these regulations and requirements.
