Lisa has worked in the insurance industry for over thirty years, including 20+ years of experience specifically in Compliance. She currently is the Compliance Manager for ClearPath and assists clients in offering and maintaining a compliant employee benefit program.

Lisa has substantial experience in health care and life benefits, regulatory research, technical and business writing, and project management. Her compliance experience includes drafting summary plan descriptions for employer health plans, overseeing the implementation and administration of federal and state mandates with respect to employer health plans, and overseeing agency and producer licensing and carrier appointments.

Lisa does volunteer work at a food pantry through her church and she hosts get-togethers with guests bringing food items for the food pantry. It has become a tradition with her family and friends, especially during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, bringing the giving spirit of the season.
