Thomas began his insurance career working for Great West Health Care, a national healthcare company now a part of Cigna Life and Health Insurance, where he worked with brokers, employers with 100 or more employees and consultants to design partially self-funded medical plans for nine years.
His experience negotiating directly with underwriters has served his clients well in his current position as Partner/Consultant.
