Quinoa & Veggies
- Vegetable Stock
- Vegetables – Sarah uses a different variation of veggies for this recipe
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Italian Seasoning
- Garlic Salt
- Crushed Red Pepper
Cook the quinoa in the vegetable stock and add in the vegetables. Then mix in the extra virgin olive oil, parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, and a little crushed red pepper. Enjoy!
